Recently pangu has release the IOS 9.3 jailbreak.
A few days back, i jail broke my Iphone 5s. In the beginning it was working perfectly later on it stopped working.
What i believe is that the new jailbreak is very unstable. What basically happens is that, after every unlocks you have to jailbreak again and again.
Compared to past jail breaks the installation methods for this one was very different.
I recommend the public to wait for a stable version.
